Cranioplasy for Frontal Bone Defect

Abstract
|
|
|
A case of disfigured upper 1/3 of the face due to a large frontal bone defect (7x8cm) has been successfully managed to restore the contour by the cranioplasty with a large autogenous iliac bone graft.
The autogenous bone graft versus the allograft, particularly for the defect near the region of frontal sinus was discussed.
